PRISM ("we", "our", or "the App") is an open-source music video curation and rating tool. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use our application, specifically regarding Google and YouTube services.

2. Data We Collect

When you sign in with Google, we collect the following information:

• Google User Info: Your email address only (to identify authorized users).
• YouTube Data: If you use the optional export feature, we access your public playlists and channel information via the YouTube API Services.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Authentication: Your email address is used solely to verify your identity and grant access to the application's features.
• Playlist Management: We use YouTube API access to allow you to import videos into the PRISM database and export your rated videos back to your YouTube playlists.

4. Data Storage and Sharing

Your data is stored securely in our database (Google Cloud Firestore). We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. Data is used strictly for the functionality of the application.

5. Third-Party Services

This app uses YouTube API Services. By using this app, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.

6. User Data Deletion

You can delete your account at any time in the admin section. This action is irreversible and will permanently delete all of your data from our database, including your user information and rating history. You may also revoke the App's access to your data at any time via the Google Security Settings page.
